Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receipt, which you will receive an order processed confirmation. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for us to prepare, package and ship you order. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation to the email provided. 

Note:

Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm (noon) will be processed the following Monday.

UK Mainland and NI 

-Standard (2-5 working days) 

-Express (1 day) 

 

*Ireland and Europe 

- Economy (2-5 working days) 


*International

-Economy (4-14 working days) 

 

*Please note that all customs/duty/taxes must be covered by you, the buyer. These cannot be calculated prior to shipping and vary from country to country. 

 

Returns:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery once we have approved your return via email, as long as the item(s) are unused and in its original condition. All returns will need the order confirmation number and/or proof of purchase to be accepted. We will process the refund within 10 working days minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs on all returns will need to be covered by you for exchanges. We strongly advise using a ‘tracked’ method and retaining your carriage receipt. Exchanges/Issues:

If you need to exchange your order, please email us for confirmation prior to your return. Once accepted, make a new order for the item as this will be the fastest turn around to avoid disappointment. Your return will then be processed in a timely manor once it’s been received back.

Upon receiving your order, please notify us if you have any issues such as; received the incorrect item, the item is defective or damaged. If this is the unfortunate case, please contact us and we’ll rectify ASAP.
