Returns:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery once we have approved your return via email, as long as the item(s) are unused and in its original condition. All returns will need the order confirmation number and/or proof of purchase to be accepted. We will process the refund within 10 working days minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs on all returns will need to be covered by you for exchanges. We strongly advise using a ‘tracked’ method and retaining your carriage receipt. Barne will not be held responsible for missing/undelivered returns. (Please refer to our returns policy for further information or contact us at info@barne.co.uk)
Exchanges/Issues:
If you need to exchange your order, please email us for confirmation prior to your return. Once accepted, make a new order for the item as this will be the fastest turn around to avoid disappointment. Your return will then be processed in a timely manor once it’s been received back.
Upon receiving your order, please notify us if you have any issues such as; received the incorrect item, the item is defective or damaged. If this is the unfortunate case, please contact us and we’ll rectify ASAP.
If you have not received your order after receiving your order dispatch confirmation and the time period stated for the corresponding shipping method selected, please contact us as info@barne.co.uk.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@barne.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given once accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. Please note that you will need to organise the return of your item(s) via your chosen courier/postal service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered returns parcels, so please retain your proof of postage as you may require it on the event of a claim with your chosen carrier. We would advise using a ‘tracked’ method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days upon receiving your return (with the deduction of the original shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
